Im making this for my coworkers for Valentines day And I just wanna make sure if I put them in the freezer, will the cookie part get hard or could I just set it off for awhile to soften or put it in cooler? Hopefully I made sense and when you meant by stiff peaks for the heavy whipping cream, what do you mean?

Me again. Was thinking: (1) a list of all of your preferred products, both the food products and the instruments you prefer(all in one site) and (2) we NEED for you to make a lovely red velvet cheesecake, that’s decorated like you decorate, with instructions, like only you, provide....?... I’ve promised a dear friend, for his birthday, that I’d make him a cake, any kind he requested. I’ve made loads of different cakes, but never this one! Lesson learned... Could I just sub in cocoa powder for some of the flour if I wanted to give these a bit more of a red velvet flavor? Or would I need to change some other parts of the ingredient list too?
