Hi Britt! Thanks for your feedback. If you want to amp up the strawberry flavour I’d recommend freeze-dried strawberry powder.

Strawberry cheesecake lacked strawberry or cream cheese flavor.

Hi Ang! The raw cookie dough you just press down to flatten. Once the cookie cups are baked and you use a small jar to press down into the center, the sides will naturally form this way.

I’m a little confused about the cookie portion. Do I press it down into the muffin tin in the shape of the cups, meaning I create the sides and all? Because in your instructions in just vaguely says to put the dough in and slightly press it down..but do you mean just the bottom or sides too? To create the walls to hold the filling?

This recipe is to die for! I’ve made it several times and family and friends rave over these cookie cups. I’ve had several requests for the recipe…. It’s that good. It can be a little labor intensive but definitely worth the time and effort to make. Don’t take shortcuts! I promise they are worth it.

Hi Sarah! I think it should work fine. Make sure they are thawed first and drain off any excess liquid.

Hi Gail! I haven’t myself but many people have and they work great. Start checking them at 8mins or so.
