This is a very delicious cake. Easy to make I bake almost every day and make lots of cakes in this is a keeper for the holidays.

In reply to Kathy. Hi Kathy! Without the cream cheese frosting it will be fine at room temperature for a few days but with the frosting I would refrigerate.
