Hi Yali! I would give either of these a try. The ermine is much less sweet of the two so it depends on what you like:

In reply to Lisa. Hi Lisa! I have never used evaporated milk in a cake recipe so I can't say for sure. For best results make the recipe as written.

In reply to Hanna. Hi Hanna! I have never made this with dried blueberries so I can't say for sure. I dont think it would be as good though as you get a lot of moisture from the fresh/frozen blueberries.
