Hi CocoJam! Yes, I stored it in the fridge after torching for a couple days and it was fine. Just note that the marshmallow under the torching will soften quite a bit over time as it is in contact with the cake.

Hi Donna! How far in advance do you plan to make them? The fluff will soften under the torching but it should hold it’s place if the outside is fully torched. Still I wouldn’t make them too far in advance.

Choc cake marshmallow fluff and Graham crackers. Will the fluff stay stiff if its torched. For grandsons birthday

Hi Amber! It should make 18-24 depending on size. You can freeze the cupcakes (unfrosted) in advance. I would core the cupcakes and use the ganache to fill them.

Do you know about how many cupcakes this would make? Could I make the cupcakes beforehand and freeze them? Also, how would you apply the ganache? Thank you!

Hi Amber! For best results make it day-of as it can lose a bit of volume and in some cases turn runny. If you do choose to store it make sure it’s not in a plastic container as those can retain grease no matter how well they are cleaned and the fluff may completely deflate.

But your other comments say to make it the day of. Thanks.
