Hi Carolyn! Sorry to hear it didn’t work out for you. Brownie batter should not be fully cooked through or they will be too dry, but it should not have been raw still after 50mins, unless you used a different-sized pan perhaps? All ovens do bake different though, regardless of temperature.

This recipe did not turn out for me at all. Baked it for 50 minutes, and it was still raw batter all the way except for 1 inch around the edges. My oven is accurate – I checked it with a thermometer.

Thank you for the recipe, I’ve never had s’mores before but like the idea of them. I used digestive biscuits instead of graham crackers and put giant marshmallows on top and put under the grill and they came out good.

Trust me, they did not all turn out pretty! The trick for me was running the knife under hot water before each cut and cleaning it off after each cut. Not the most efficient way to do it, but it worked! 😀
