Hi Cheryl! Sorry to hear these didn’t turn out for you. It sounds like they were overbaked/baked at too high a temp (every oven bakes differently). Glad your husband liked them!

I was a little disappointed. The raspberry caramelized too much and the tops were brown instead of red. Yes, they were chewy on the outside but too chewy for me. On the other hand, my husband who has a big sweet tooth liked them.

Hi Mary Beth! You can definitely store these. They should stay fresh for up to 5 days stored in an airtight container at room temperature.

Hi Amanda! For best results, they should be at room temperature. The cookies can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

Does the egg whites have to be at room temperature and can they be put in the freezer for a few days? I am trying to pre bake my desserts so that I am not doing all at one time before the parties.
