I was a little disappointed. The raspberry caramelized too much and the tops were brown instead of red. Yes, they were chewy on the outside but too chewy for me. On the other hand, my husband who has a big sweet tooth liked them.

Hi Amanda! For best results, they should be at room temperature. The cookies can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
