I made these today but I used Speculoos instead of PB. I am glad it was actually one egg, because that’s what I went with! I had some spreading issues even after chilling quite a while. I speculate it’s the Speculoos 😂

Hi, for the cookie portion of the recipe it says to add the “eggs one at a time”. But the recipe only calls for one egg. Is it correct?
