I think this is a brilliant idea for a cake, the only element missing is the white chocolate. I made a white chocolate filling to squeeze that flavor in. I got no complaints! (But really, who’s going to complain about a glorious piece of cake?)

The coconut filling separated when I passed it through the strainer. Like the oil from the coconut milk has separated from the filling. What should I do?

In reply to Makayla. Hi Makayla! Yes, you can replace the AF with regular all purpose flour using the same amount. You'll lose some of that almond flavour and texture though.
