Hi Kelly! I would use 4.5 eggs. To do this you can either whisk an egg and measure out half of it, or just separate the egg and use the yolk.

Hi Monika! I haven’t made it with oil myself so I can’t say for sure. Generally swapping one for the other does not cause problems. It will change the texture of the cake though.
